A story that began in 1998…
In our story that has surpassed a quarter of a century, evolving from a small workshop into a company exporting to various parts of the world, the cornerstone has been the dynamic and youthful perspective with which we continue our activities.
In this story, our human resources, our stable sales networks both domestically and abroad, and our valuable users have become our greatest assets.
With our goal of efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, we have achieved significant trade volumes in both domestic and international markets, numerous tax records, prestigious certification from leading organizations, export rankings, and many other milestones.
As in the past, today we continue to advance rapidly towards our goals with our future vision.
Our History
Kemal Keloğlu's business journey, which started in Balıkesir in 1998, would contribute to the industrialization-modernization efforts in agriculture and livestock; "Yıldız" would lead Turkey in its confident steps towards industrialization in agriculture.
At the age of 28, Kemal Keloğlu embarks on his business journey in a small workshop in Balıkesir. On July 1, 1998, symbolizing the official establishment of Yıldız Agricultural and Industrial Machinery, he registers with the Balıkesir Chamber of Commerce under the name Yıldız Süt Sağım Makineleri.
At the beginning of the 2000s, the trend towards serial production begins. In 2002, Yıldız Agricultural and Industrial Machinery made its industrial move by relocating to a 2500m2 factory. This step marked the first move from a small workshop to industrialization.
In the mid-2000s, various sales networks are established through collaboration with international companies. The first exports begin during this period, and Yıldız Agricultural and Industrial Machinery becomes active in exporting not only milking machines but also products such as feed grinding and crushing machines.
After 2007, Yıldız Agricultural and Industrial Machines business areas expand significantly. The company has now become a corporate group. In 2007, the company introduced a 500-head facility to the agriculture and livestock sector through Yıldız Tarım ve Hayvancılık Şirketi (Yıldız Farm). In 2010, Yıldız Plastik Sanayi (Yıldız Plast) entered the plastics sector, followed by Yıldız Grup Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri in 2012, which entered the insurance sector, and Yıldız Modern Süt Teknolojileri in the food sector. The corporate group now operates across a broad range of fields, from agricultural tools to food industry and retail, livestock, and insurance services.
Kemal Keloğlu is awarded the "Balıkesir Tax Record Holder" prize by the Balıkesir Chamber of Commerce due to the high taxes he paid.
Yıldız Group is preparing for the new world in agricultural and industrial machinery. Aiming to reduce the workload in its diversified business sectors, Yıldız Group is preparing to lead modernization in agricultural and industrial machinery while handing over its operations in the insurance and food sectors to industry experts.
